All our cards are A4 size (297mm x 210mm) made of 160GSM card and laminated for impressive looks and durability.

Circuit Training cards from circuitcards.net are an economical way to add qualify and a professional image to your exercise class. All our cards are printed in colour and contain a minimum of 2 photographs demonstrating the relative exercise accompanied by the key teaching points for that exercise. This combination will ensure your class participants are reminded to perform the exercise with good technique and form at all times.

Cards are available in 3 different styles to suit your personal tastes and can be ordered in white, yellow and pink. no need to spendsweeks or days looking for suitable images, designing, drawing and laminating, we've done it all for you here at circuitcards.net.

Costs: Circuit cards for each exercise can be purchaed individually for only €5.00 per card or can be purchased in sets of 10 for only €45.00. You can pick & mix across the 3 components of fitness to compile your own set or choose from the same componet. The choice is yours!
